We gladly ship to all countries in the world and appreciate our many international customers. We prefer shipping with the Swedish Postal Services for their good quality and reasonable prices. Of course, should you prefer a speedier solution, we can offer shipping with UPS or DHL. The fees for shipping with these firms vary, so please email us for a quote before placing your order.
ORDERS
To process your order, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, home address and shipping address. Zanzlöza Zmycken webshop respects the privacy of its online visitors and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about them. We do not sell your details to third parties.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please check that it is correct. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18. We reserve the right not to accept orders from anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason.
PAYMENT & SECURITY

In the case of pre-payment your package will be dispatched as soon as the payment has been registered with our bank.
“Kortbetalning” = Payment by Bank or Credit CardPayment can also be made by bank- and credit cards issued by Visa and Mastercard.
We take all reasonable care to make our shop secure. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers are handled by high security, SSL- encrypted connection. Credit card information is not stored but transferred directly to Dibs. Dibs Internet is a hosted payment solution using secure server software (SSL), an industry standard for secure digital payments.

Prices shown in the shop are in SEK, EUR, DKK and NOK and are inclusive of VAT, which will be deducted prior to payment (where applicable, outside the EU).
Additional costs, such as customs and taxes of recipient’s country, are not covered by Zanzlöza Zmycken.
SHIPPING
We normally dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If you receive a damaged or opened package, please report this to the dispatcher / pick-up location immediately. Damaged goods and lost packages should also be reported immediately to Zanzlöza Zmycken.

RETURNS
In accordance with Swedish law, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date of arrival. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Zanzlöza Zmycken, and depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit. In all instances of returning or exchanging items please contact us prior to sending the gods back.
Items should be returned unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and a refund refused.
If you return or exchange items, you must cover the shipping charges (including any additional costs, such as customs). You are also responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping when exchanging or returning gods.
In case of a wrong delivery or a faulty item Zanzlöza Zmycken will naturally pay for the shipping. Where possible, we will repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
